Funded by World Wide Fund, SNISD worked with China Central Television and covered the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change 8th Sessions of the Conference of the Parties, held in New Delhi, India from Oct. 23 through Nov. 1, 2002. The program making team interviewed Baalu, president of the Conference and minister of India Environment and Forest Ministry, and high-level governmental officials from the China Delegation as well as some very active NGOs.

Zhan Wanli, a program officer in SNISD, went to India with the team as the project coordinator and interpreter.

The 5-episode feature film is currently undergoing postproduction and is expected to be screened in the coming mid-January in CCTV-10. The exact time and date will be announced in advance both in our website and the CCTV website.
